Terms And Conditions

1. The Contest is Open to girls between 18 and 26 years of age as on date of application. The applicant must be a resident of Karnataka and must furnish age proof along with this application.

2. Entry forms should be accompanied by 3 recent post - card sized color photographs (one full length, one side profile and one close up). All photographs will be the property of Dream Merchants. Dream Merchants has the right to publish photographs of the contestants in connection with the contest or any of Dream Merchants Promotions anytime, anywhere.

3. Incomplete entry forms and / or containing falsity of information provided stand rejected.

4. Entry to the Contest is considered valid only after Dream Merchants receives the Photographs along with a DD / Cheque for an Amount of Rs. 500/- (Entry Fee) drawn in favor of Dream Merchants.

5. The entry fee shall be non - refundable and the funds collected by way of entry fee including those accompanying and / or delayed entry forms shall be utilised for expenses towards organising the contest and arranging contest facilities.

6. Based on the information and answers provided by the contestants in this entry form, Dream Merchants will select the contestants for the elimination rounds and onwards. The selected contestants shall be intimated through post / phone / email by Dream Merchants.

7. Dream Merchants reserves the right to reject any entry without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

8. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding. No Correspondence shall be entertained in this regards.

9. Last Date for Receiving Application is 20th September 2010.
